About TDG

We're the team organizations call
when the problem feels unsolvable.

Twenty years of impossible timelines, broken platforms, and missions too important to fail. That's the experience TDG brings to every engagement.

The Delacorte Group

TDG is a technology company. We build software, we embed senior teams inside organizations at critical moments, and we work alongside our clients long enough to see things through.

We're not a staffing firm. We're not a strategy shop that hands you a deck and leaves. And we're not a vendor who disappears after launch.

What we are: a small, senior team with two decades of experience working together — across EdTech platforms, global nonprofits, AI products, and research infrastructure — who decided to stop rebuilding from scratch every few years and build something permanent instead.

Every client TDG has ever worked with has renewed.

Three have been active for more than a year.

That's what happens when the work is real and the relationship is honest.

What Drives Us

We work in this sector because outcomes mean more than revenue. Our OKRs get measured in children saved from malnutrition, classrooms becoming more empathetic, justice-impacted students landing great jobs, underserved kids getting access to extraordinary literature.

The part that makes TDG different — we find the way to make that sustainable too. Mission and margin aren't opposites. They're a design problem. That's why TDG exists.

What We're Building

TDG works with a small number of organizations at a time — deeply, not broadly. But access to high-quality software for all matters to us, so we're building free tools any mission-led organization can use. We assemble embedded teams for organizations that are looking to the future or already set to build it. And we take on long-term engineering partnerships for organizations building something that has to last.

The longer vision is bigger — a technology company that stands alongside the major players in this sector, competing not on price but on what actually matters: quality, continuity, and outcomes worth measuring.

What guides how we work.

1

Embedded, Not Advisory

We don't hand you a strategy and leave. We're inside the work until it's done.

2

The Design Is the Product

The value we bring isn't access to AI tools — it's 20 years of product instincts applied to the right problems.

3

Mission Economics

We price our work to reflect nonprofit reality. Fractional models, fixed scopes, no surprises.

4

Reliability Over Novelty

We build systems that work in constrained environments — not impressive demos that fall apart under real conditions.

5

Honest Relationships

We'll tell you when we're not the right fit. We'll tell you when the problem is different than you think it is. That's what partners do.

6

Shipped, Not Theorized

Every engagement ends with something real — working code, running systems, transferred capacity. Not a roadmap for someone else to execute.

If this sounds like the kind of partner your organization needs, let's talk.
